Petlog is a notebook, not a vet: it only flags a weight outside the range you set and never diagnoses. It runs nothing in the background, so there are no alerts while the page is closed; put the next vet or vaccine date into your phone's calendar with the .ics file. Photos are shrunk on this device and stay here. The vet summary prints from the browser; on iPhone or iPad use Share → Print, then save as PDF.
